General Conditions

  • Optional Excursions and Additional Services: Any optional excursions or additional
services requested by guests can be provided, and the associated costs will be charged
    accordingly.
  • Wildlife Park Visits: Visits to wildlife parks are undertaken at the clients' own risk. Safari
jeeps are equipped with basic amenities and insurance coverage.
  • Travel and Medical Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests arrange their own
comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover cancellations or delays due to
unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, strikes, natural
disasters, or other unexpected events). Guests are also advised to secure medical and
personal insurance to cover any potential medical expenses, loss of baggage, personal
belongings, or other travel mishaps. PearlTrail Tours and its local partners are not liable
for any such unforeseen circumstances. All claims for reimbursement must be made
    directly with your insurance provider.

Valid Identification

Please ensure that all members of your party have a valid form of identification with them on
the day of the tour. This is particularly important for guests who have qualified for a
reduction based on age or student status. Students should carry a valid photo ID on every

tour.

but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, PearlTrail Tours will
do its best to contact guests as soon as possible. We will o
er a suitable substitution,
reschedule the tour route, or provide a refund at our full discretion.
